Shared Folders 기능을 이용하면 Host OS 와 Guest OS 간 파일 공유를 쉽게 할 수 있습니다.
간단히 파일 몇개라면 Drag and Drop 으로도 가능하지만 Shared Folders 기능이 좀 더 편하죠. ^^

Linux 의 경우 VMware Tools 설치 후 자동 실행이 안 되니 수동으로 실행시켜 줘야... (/usr/bin/vmware-toolbox)
Using Drag and Drop 말로 하려니 힘든데 그냥 탐색기에서 파일을 Drag 해서 가상 머신에 Drop 하면 복사가 됩니다. (반대도 가능)
단 Host OS 와 Guest OS 가 모두 MS 윈도우일 때만 가능. 6.0 베타의 경우 리눅스도 가능하다고 합니다.
you can move files easily between a Windows host and a Windows virtual machine. You can drag and drop files or folders from a file manager, such as Windows Explorer, on the host to a file manager in the virtual machine or vice versa.

2.1 MS 윈도우 ( My Network Places > VMware Shared Folders > .host > Shared Folders 아래 )
UNC 경로를 이용하거나 ( \\.host\Shared Folders\Mp3 ) 네트워크 드라이브로 연결하면 편하겠죠? ^^
